RETURNS, REFUNDS + EXCHANGES

If you're not happy - we're not happy. We have a 14 day money back guarantee. If you're having second thoughts about your purchase please read and follow the procedures below.

Before trying on your new wig, please verify that the colour and style you have received matches that of which you have ordered. Due to sanitary reasons, the product must not be worn, cut, combed, damaged, and free of scents or perfumes to be eligible for return.

All exchange requests must be made within 5 business days of receipt of goods. LuvitWigs.com only accepts exchanges / returns when the product is in its original condition, including packaging, tags and included hairnets if applicable.

We appreciate your cooperation in our efforts to maintain a high level of product integrity and sanitation.

Final Sale Items: All headwear, hats and clearance items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchanges.

Shipping costs for any returns or exchanges are not covered by Luvitwigs.com and must be paid by the customer.

 

Refund Options

Refunds: A restocking fee of $15 per item or 15% (whichever is greater) will be applied to all refunds.

Store Credit: Restocking fees are waived if you choose to go with an in-store credit on your return. In-store credit never expires. A My Account will need to be set up to redeem your in-store credit.
